We’re inviting a proactive student to join our Administrative Team - a hands-on role where you’ll support the daily work of a modern IT company, take part in real office tasks, and grow in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate office purchases and deliveries
- Communicate with couriers and suppliers
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist the Administrative Manager and Management Team
- Search for suppliers, services, or needed items
- Organize internal documentation
- Support general coordination tasks and help improve how the office runs
Requirements
- A university student (2nd year or higher)
- Interested in administrative and office-related tasks
- Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Organized, responsible, and quick to adapt
- Skilled at finding and structuring information
- Communicative and eager to help others
- Available to work part-time from our Kyiv office (Podil)

You’ll play an important part in building and supporting the team, helping hire the right people, guiding colleagues through their employee journey, and contributing to day-to-day HR operations and initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process (from kick-off to offer)
- Write and publish job openings
- Actively source candidates through various platforms
- Conduct HR interviews and coordinate feedback from hiring teams
- Support internship programs and early talent pipelines
- Maintain and update internal HR systems and databases
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of HR records
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports
- Organize onboarding and adaptation processes
- Coordinate learning and development activities (internal and external)
- Respond to employee HR-related requests and ensure a positive experience
- Support other HR-related processes and documentation
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR and recruitment
- Previous experience in an IT company or tech-related environment
- Strong practical knowledge of full-cycle recruitment
- Experience with onboarding, HR operations, or employee support
- Upper-intermediate or higher level of English
- Confident MS Office user; comfortable with HR tools and platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive
- Responsible and self-driven - you know how to plan, prioritize, and follow through
- Team player with a can-do attitude

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Application Consulting, ERP/CRM support, Functional Consulting, Key User, or related business application roles
- Experience working with ERP/CRM systems and enterprise business applications in a customer-facing or operational environment
- Solid understanding of business processes across finance, sales, operations, logistics, or supply chain domains
- Ability to analyze business needs, investigate complex issues, and propose effective functional solutions
- Experience communicating with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams in a professional environment
- Ability to facilitate discussions, clarify requirements, and align business and technical teams
- Experience documenting functional requirements, business scenarios, testing activities, and solution-related documentation
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), release processes, and testing approaches
- Experience participating in implementation, rollout, support, or stabilization activities for business applications
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to lead workshops, demos, or user sessions
- Proactive mindset, ownership, and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related field
- Upper-Intermediate English level or higher
