Middle/Senior Microsoft Dynamics NAV Developer

In connection with the expansion of our activities, we are looking for a Middle/Senior Microsoft Dynamics NAV Developer to join us in Kyiv and participate in an ERP implementation and development projects.

We expect you to have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in developing in Microsoft Dynamics NAV
  • Working knowledge of the latest Microsoft Dynamics NAV versions (the one who has worked with NAV 2017 will immediately qualify to the final stage of the interviewJ)
  • Practical knowledge with latest development techniques in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (events, extensions, patterns, queries etc.)
  • Experience in developing/customizing RDLC reports
  • Practical knowledge of SQL Server, performance tuning
  • Experience working with .NET framework
  • Experience in data exchange between Microsoft Dynamics NAV and 3rd-party systems
  • Upper-intermediate level of English or better; proficiency in both speaking and writing is a must

It will be a plus if you have:

  • Experience working with .NET framework
  • Experience in using other Microsoft Dynamics products
  • Experience of working with any CRM or SCM systems
  • A background in finance and accounting
  • Knowledge of the automated software testing (experience of using tools for test automations)

  • Producing technical project-related documentation
  • Participating in different types of projects (interesting and very challenging projects are guaranteed)
  • Frequent business trips for on-site development (mostly to EU)

Junior Legal and Compliance Specialist

Due to our expanding operations, we are looking for a Junior Legal and Compliance Specialist to join our team.

This role will involve providing in-house legal and compliance support to ensure our business areas adhere to relevant laws and internal policies. You will advise on potential risks, help shape compliance strategies in line with the industry’s best practices, and address any policy violations promptly and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure company compliance with legal requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.
  • Assist with design, implementation, and maintaining internal audit and compliance programs aligned with both local and international regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Monitor compliance with data protection laws and regulations.
  • Perform internal compliance audits and report findings to Company Management.
  • Review new business processes, products, and systems for legal compliance, including contracts and vendor agreements.
  • Support various departments by collecting and coordinating legal and compliance data for audits.
  • Conduct investigations into identified or reported legal risks, breaches, or violations.
  • Assist with developing and implementing risk management strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage relationships with external legal providers to ensure up-to-date compliance.
  • Educate and train employees on compliance regulations, legal updates, and internal policies.
  • Monitor company compliance with Microsoft Partnership Programs, ISO certifications, EU and USA directives, and other relevant standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in law or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of contract law, intellectual property, and data protection regulations.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant compliance frameworks.
  • Ability to conduct legal research and analyze relevant laws and regulations.
  • Precision in reviewing contracts and legal documents for compliance and accuracy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for drafting documents and conveying legal concepts clearly.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and mitigate compliance risks.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication, and ability to explain legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
  • Capacity to address compliance challenges and propose effective solutions.
  • Upper-intermediate level of English (written and spoken).

Would be a plus:

  • Experience in a legal or compliance field, preferably within the IT or technology sector.
  • Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001 or similar standards related to information security and cybersecurity.

Junior Finance Specialist

Due to our expanding operations, we are looking for a Junior Finance Specialist to join our team.

This role will involve providing crucial support to the Finance Manager to ensure smooth financial operations and processes. You will assist in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis, helping to maintain accurate financial records and contributing to the overall financial welfare of the company.

This is a great opportunity for a junior professional to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and growing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Input and process financial documents in the company’s ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central).
  • Help manage invoices, payments, and reconciliation of financial records.
  • Assist the Finance Manager in preparing financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
  • Support the budgeting process by gathering data and maintaining budget documents.
  • Help with the preparation of forecasts, and identifying any discrepancies or financial risks.
