Middle/Senior Microsoft Dynamics NAV Developer

In connection with the expansion of our activities, we are looking for a Middle/Senior Microsoft Dynamics NAV Developer to join us in Kyiv and participate in an ERP implementation and development projects.

We expect you to have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in developing in Microsoft Dynamics NAV
  • Working knowledge of the latest Microsoft Dynamics NAV versions (the one who has worked with NAV 2017 will immediately qualify to the final stage of the interviewJ)
  • Practical knowledge with latest development techniques in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (events, extensions, patterns, queries etc.)
  • Experience in developing/customizing RDLC reports
  • Practical knowledge of SQL Server, performance tuning
  • Experience working with .NET framework
  • Experience in data exchange between Microsoft Dynamics NAV and 3rd-party systems
  • Upper-intermediate level of English or better; proficiency in both speaking and writing is a must

It will be a plus if you have:

  • Experience working with .NET framework
  • Experience in using other Microsoft Dynamics products
  • Experience of working with any CRM or SCM systems
  • A background in finance and accounting
  • Knowledge of the automated software testing (experience of using tools for test automations)

Support Coordinator

Due to our continuous growth, we are looking for a proactive and detailed-oriented Support Coordinator to strengthen our Customer Service Team.

In this role, you'll be part of a supportive and collaborative team, ensuring smooth daily operations, coordinating internal processes, and actively assisting in maintaining strong and positive relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively assist in maintaining strong relationships with existing clients by handling routine communications, providing prompt responses, and addressing clients' inquiries.
  • Provide regular updates to clients regarding ongoing tasks and projects, ensuring transparency and reliability.
  • Schedule and coordinate client-facing and internal meetings; prepare meeting notes, presentations, and relevant documentation.

Business Analyst (Logistics Focus)

We are looking for a Business Analyst with a background in logistics or a strong understanding of logistics processes.

In this role, you will gather, analyze, and document business needs, translate them into practical software solutions, and support their development and implementation.

We’d love to hear from you if you are:

  • A Business Analyst with hands-on experience in the logistics domain, or
  • A logistics professional with strong process knowledge who is ready to shift into the IT industry and grow in a Business Analyst role.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex business processes and translate them into functional and technical requirements
  • Communicate with international clients to identify, document, and clarify business needs
  • Facilitate discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews
  • Document solution designs, business process models, user stories, and data flow diagrams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: developers, consultants, QA, and PMs
  • Take part in solution configuration, testing (UAT), and deployment
  • Conduct product demos and support user onboarding

We are looking for a Middle Front-End Developer to join our Xpand Portal team.


Xpand Portal is a web-based solution with over 6 years of market presence that provides a comprehensive and customizable product for businesses looking to streamline access to their various data sources, such as ERP and CRM systems, and improve companies’ overall productivity. It is designed to be simple and easy to use, with quick and intuitive configuration to meet your specific needs.

Requirements to candidates:

  • At least 3 years of software engineering experience in front-end development
  • Deep experience and expertise in at least one front-end framework
  • Strong experience with servers and databases
  • Foundational expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Proficient in JavaScript (knowledge of jQuery), TypeScript (optional)
  • Confident knowledge of Figma — to prepare HTML from provided design
  • Intermediate English level or higher
