Configure a dedicated page area specifically for managing record attachments. Easily upload files by dragging them into the designated upload space or browsing for them. Save time with the ability to upload multiple files simultaneously. Access all uploaded record attachments effortlessly in the attachment overview area.

Attachment settings allow configuring the following:
- File size limits
- File formats that are supported
- The position and size of the attachment upload area
You have the flexibility to configure the attachment overview area as an embedded grid in the list view, allowing placement anywhere on the page.
To simplify the configuration process, we've introduced ready-made sets for both detailed and grid pages.
Alternatively, you can modify the settings to customize them according to your specific requirements and preferences.

With tags, effortlessly assign multiple tags to records, enabling various actions:

- Perform record search by tag
- Get intelligent tag suggestions as you type, making the tagging process faster

Commenting feature - a new way for you to communicate and collaborate on portal pages.
This feature empowers users to share comments about specific records on grid or detail pages. Members can engage in discussions, offer feedback, and collaborate by adding new comments or responding to existing ones. You also have the option to configure comments for the entire page, expanding collaboration beyond individual records.
To simplify configuration, we've included preconfigured sets for allocating comments on portal pages.

Experience better control over privacy and cookies consent logs with the latest update in Xpand Portal.
The update includes two distinct of consent log pages, which will be included in the portal data package:
- Cookies Consent Log
- Privacy Consent Log. (Please note: Member emails are partially masked in compliance with GDPR standards).
The responsible person with appropriate permissions can now:
- Access and review Privacy and Cookies consent logs effortlessly
- Filter consent log entries based on specific dates
- Quickly search for member consent log
- Export consent log entries and filtered records to Excel spreadsheets for comprehensive management and detailed reporting
- Bug fixes and other minor improvements
