Middle Business Analyst

In connection with the expansion of our activities, we are seeking a Middle Business Analyst to work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, deliver effective and high-quality solution designs, as well as assist during solution development and implementation.


Requirements to candidates:

  • 2-3+ years of work experience in business analysis
  • In-depth understanding of business/enterprise processes, and the ability to align business objectives with technology solutions
  • Be well-versed in business analysis methodologies and best practices
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, including using data analytics tools
  • Experience in analyzing functional requirements and needs of a client, forming them into specification documents, user stories, use cases
  • Understanding of the Agile/Scrum development process
  • Upper-intermediate level of English or higher (written and spoken)
  • Deep analytical thinking and root-cause analysis
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including stakeholder management and negotiation
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and critical thinking
  • Ready to take ownership and make on-time decisions
  • Have good presentation and negotiation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the flexibility to handle changing priorities and evolving projects, adaptability to changing project requirements

Would be a plus:

  • Experience in system integrations
  • Experience in system implementations from “0”
  • Experience in ERP, CRM software and portals
  • Experience in or good understanding of 2-3 domains among: IT, sales, finance, logistics, warehousing, production, customer service, and project management

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing and dissecting complex business processes and translating them into software requirements
  • Identifying and addressing business challenges through software solutions using strong problem-solving skills
  • Engaging and managing relationships with various stakeholders
  • Skillfully negotiating to balance conflicting requirements and reach a consensus among stakeholders
  • Communicating with customers, preparing and conducting of demo sessions
  • Actively participating in quotation and estimates preparations
  • Participating in the system deployment and configuration
  • Conducting User Acceptance demo sessions
  • Cooperating with the software development and business teams throughout the full development life cycle to drive usability and efficiency.
  • Verifying system usability through the comprehensive interface, workflow, and use-case test execution
  • Consulting on MS Dynamics 365 Business Central and other related business applications
  • Providing support on the key regulatory, customer and 3rd party audits
  • Assisting the management in analyzing information and product specifications to determine regulatory compliance of the products handled and services performed on site
  • Assisting in the management of operational requests and troubleshooting issues, working with the diverse user groups
  • Writing documentation: functional requirements, solution designs, fit-gap analysis, user stories, business process models, data flow diagrams, etc.

Middle/Senior Microsoft Dynamics NAV Developer

In connection with the expansion of our activities, we are looking for a Middle/Senior Microsoft Dynamics NAV Developer to join us in Kyiv and participate in an ERP implementation and development projects.

We expect you to have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in developing in Microsoft Dynamics NAV
  • Working knowledge of the latest Microsoft Dynamics NAV versions (the one who has worked with NAV 2017 will immediately qualify to the final stage of the interviewJ)
  • Practical knowledge with latest development techniques in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (events, extensions, patterns, queries etc.)
  • Experience in developing/customizing RDLC reports
  • Practical knowledge of SQL Server, performance tuning
  • Experience working with .NET framework
  • Experience in data exchange between Microsoft Dynamics NAV and 3rd-party systems
  • Upper-intermediate level of English or better; proficiency in both speaking and writing is a must

It will be a plus if you have:

  • Experience working with .NET framework
  • Experience in using other Microsoft Dynamics products
  • Experience of working with any CRM or SCM systems
  • A background in finance and accounting
  • Knowledge of the automated software testing (experience of using tools for test automations)

Responsibilities:

  • Software development based on the Microsoft Dynamics NAV platform
  • Producing technical project-related documentation
  • Participating in different types of projects (interesting and very challenging projects are guaranteed)
  • Frequent business trips for on-site development (mostly to EU)
